Payment Gateway Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through KYCKART platforms operated by Cracions Digital Technologies Private Limited.
Scope: This policy covers all purchases made through kyckart.com, partners.kyckart.com, and other KYCKART-operated platforms.
Nature of Services
KYCKART provides SaaS-based API services for Digital KYC and related verification solutions. Since these are intangible and service-based products, traditional returns are not applicable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- A technical failure or error occurred on our platform or from the data source, and the requested service could not be delivered.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same service due to a technical issue.
- The service was charged, but no data was retrieved and confirmed by our support team upon investigation.
- To request a refund, you must raise a query within 7 days of the transaction by writing to us at sales@kyckart.com. Please include the transaction ID, date of payment, and nature of the issue.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Delays or failures caused by third-party data providers that are beyond our control.
- Cases where partial data is received from the source, and the API functions as per technical documentation.
- Change of mind after purchasing credits or subscribing to our services.
- Any issues not reported within 7 days of transaction.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved by our team, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
For payments made via Razorpay, you may also refer to the Razorpay website for their refund handling process.
